Warehouse Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The Warehouse Worker will assist with the receipt, storage, and distribution of products, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods to support our operations. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and adherence to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specified instructions.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
Maintain organized storage areas and ensure inventory accuracy.
Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed at all times.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Prepare shipping and customs documentation as required.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
Qualifications
Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly (up to 50 lbs).
Good physical condition and stamina.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
Basic computer skills for inventory management and documentation.

Logistics Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to oversee and coordinate our supply chain operations. In this role, you will manage day-to-day activities related to order fulfillment, warehouse management, and customer support, ensuring seamless movement of goods from origin to delivery.
Responsibilities
Manage the day to day operations that support supply chain, order fulfillment, warehouse, and customer support
Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
Build strong relationships to ensure value and service alignment
Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
Responsible for supply chain from origin to receipt in warehouse through delivery to customer
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
Prepare accurate reports for upper management
Qualifications
Proven experience
Strong Excel skills
Experience in customer service will be appreciated
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities, respond quickly to issues, and follow through to resolution

Purchasing Manager

Job Summary
The Purchasing Manager is responsible for sourcing quotes and product availability from suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring the timely placement of stock and customer-specific orders both internationally and domestically. They will communicate order progress, ETAs, and coordinate with cross-departmental teams such as Warehouse, Sales, and Service to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
Sourcing Quotes and product availability from Suppliers when required.
Purchasing – Including creating/amending of purchase orders.
Timely placement of stock & customer specific orders for international & domestic suppliers.
Communicate order progress, ETAs and any necessary changes.
Working collaboratively across departments: Warehouse, Sales, Service.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to facilitate smooth transactions and communication.
Participate in special projects to continuously improve processes, tools, system and organization.
Maintaining strong supplier and partner relationships to guarantee high service levels and resolve delivery issues promptly.
Qualifications
Have experience in a range of administration duties or willingness to learn (any exposure to procurement will be highly regarded!)
