Purchasing Manager
Job Summary
The Purchasing Manager is responsible for sourcing quotes and product availability from suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring the timely placement of stock and customer-specific orders both internationally and domestically. They will communicate order progress, ETAs, and coordinate with cross-departmental teams such as Warehouse, Sales, and Service to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
Sourcing Quotes and product availability from Suppliers when required.
Purchasing – Including creating/amending of purchase orders.
Timely placement of stock & customer specific orders for international & domestic suppliers.
Communicate order progress, ETAs and any necessary changes.
Working collaboratively across departments: Warehouse, Sales, Service.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to facilitate smooth transactions and communication.
Participate in special projects to continuously improve processes, tools, system and organization.
Maintaining strong supplier and partner relationships to guarantee high service levels and resolve delivery issues promptly.
Qualifications
Have experience in a range of administration duties or willingness to learn (any exposure to procurement will be highly regarded!)

Have solid Microsoft Office skills and are comfortable learning new systems.
